Teams With Zumba® Brand During Key Fitness Season To Promote Latest Single, “Tip Toe”

Music phenomenon Jason Derulo and Zumba Fitness, the world’s largest dance-fitness company, announced today a global collaboration in support of Derulo’s latest single, “Tip Toe.”  With over 105 million records sold, his latest single and official Zumba choreography – inspired by his signature dance moves to “Tip Toe” – will be pulsed through Zumba’s global instructor network, which means 15 million consumers across 200,000 locations will hear the song and learn the choreography as it rolls out in nearly 186 countries.

Said Derulo, “Dance is central to everything I believe in, and Zumba is the brand that makes dancing accessible to everyone. Instructors all over the world have been so receptive to playing my music in their classes over the years, and so that inspired me to team up with the Zumba community to officially release ‘Tip Toe’. It also gives me an opportunity to get my music in front of millions and to be a part of their fitness journey while giving them a healthy and fun way to kick off 2018 dancing and burning calories – no doubt a win-win for all.”

Over the years, Zumba has become a musical force to be reckoned with, launching chart-topping tracks with artists like Shakira, Maluma, Shaggy, Claudia Leitte, Pitbull, Wisin, Yandel, Don Omar, Luis Fonsi, Lil Jon and, most recently, Daddy Yankee. The brand creates an immersive experience for consumers–it’s not just about discovering and listening to new music, it’s about engaging with those rhythms, being expressive and owning the dance floor.

Carolina Moraes, VP of Marketing for Zumba said, “Jason is one of the music world’s most popular artists, merging pop, dance, and urban styles to become his own genre-defying brand. The dancehall-inspired vibes of ‘Tip Toe’ fit perfectly into the Zumba class experience so it makes total sense that these two powerhouse brands come together to kick off the New Year burning calories and having a blast.”
